Domains and the records behind them

in force

When these terms apply

These terms take effect on . That is also the date of the last change. They cover your use of qelzavo.com and every job you ask us to do from that day. A job quoted in writing before that date runs under the terms attached to its quote.

Partiesyou and us

Who you are dealing with

Qelzavo, trading at qelzavo.com. Two people working on domain names and the records behind them since 2016. Our postal address is 138 River Road, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 48482, United States. You reach us at [email protected] or +1 (861) 555-8670.

"You" means the person or business that sends an inquiry or accepts a quote. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Scopewhat we do

What the site and the work cover

The site explains our services and takes inquiries. The work itself is narrow: a domain name shortlist, a domain name check and due diligence before buying, mail setup on your domain (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), registrar transfers and renewal watch, and domain sale or description pages. Each job ends with a one-page domain card you keep.

We do not host websites. We do not build them. We do not resell or broker names, and we never hold a domain in our own registrar account on your behalf. Names sit in an account in your name, paid with your card. If you give us access to that account, you can revoke it the minute we are done, and we tell you when that minute is.

We do not promise inbox placement. A correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup removes the reasons a receiving server has to distrust your mail. It does not control what Gmail or Outlook decide about your content or your sending history.

Inquiryno checkout

Nothing is bought on this site

There is no cart, no checkout and no payment on qelzavo.com. Every figure on these pages is an estimate. It is not a binding quote and it is not an offer you can accept by clicking anything.

  1. You send an inquiry through a form, the chat, email or phone.
  2. We look at the actual name: WHOIS or RDAP, the zone, the current mail records.
  3. We send a written quote with the scope, the price and what you need to provide.
  4. The job starts when you reply by email accepting that quote. That reply is the order.

If we look at the name and the job is not one we should do, we say so and charge nothing for the look.

USDprice basis

How a job is priced

Prices are in US dollars. The basis is per domain or per brief, as shown on the services ledger: from USD 120 for a domain status check, from USD 280 for mail setup, from USD 90 per name for a transfer plus the registrar's own fee, USD 60 per name per year for renewal watch, from USD 200 for a sale or description page, from USD 450 for a shortlist brief. Indicative. The written quote after we look at the name is what counts.

What moves a price: more mail senders than one provider, a zone spread across two DNS hosts, names stuck behind a registrar lock or an expired card, a seller who will not answer. Registrar fees, renewal fees and any purchase price for a name are paid by you directly to the registrar or seller. They never pass through us.

30 daysfrom handover

The re-check guarantee

For 30 days after we hand over your domain card, we re-check every record we set or changed at no charge. Mail landing in spam again, a DKIM selector failing, an SPF record that climbed back over 10 lookups because someone added a tool: send us the name and we look.

If the fault is in our work, we fix it free. If it comes from a change made after handover (a new include:, a registrar swapping nameservers, a provider rotating its keys), we tell you exactly which record and what it should read. Fixing that part is quoted as new work.

The guarantee covers our records, not your provider's outages and not a domain that expires because the card on file was declined. Renewal watch exists for that.

Useof the site

What you may not do here

Do not send inquiries in someone else's name. Do not ask us to check a domain so you can take it from its owner, impersonate a brand or run a phishing campaign; we stop the job when we see it. Do not probe, scrape or load-test the site, the forms or the chat. Do not paste malware, credentials you have no right to, or other people's personal data into the chat.

Rightstext and images

Who owns what

The text, photographs, the Qelzavo name, logo and layout of this site belong to Qelzavo. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy pages or images wholesale.

Your domain card and every report we write for you are yours once the job is paid. Use them, print them, hand them to the next person who looks after your mail. The domain names themselves were always yours.

As issite content

What we do not warrant

The explanations, sample records and the SPF calculator are provided as is. Lookup costs for providers are measured at the time of writing and providers change them. A sample record is a pattern, not your record.

A domain status report states what public registries, RDAP, archives and blocklists showed on the day we ran it. Registry data changes. We do not warrant that a name is free of trademark claims; we flag obvious conflicts and tell you to ask a lawyer.

Capfees paid

The limit of our liability

Our total liability for a job is limited to the fees you paid us for that job. We are not liable for lost sales, lost mail, the price of a domain you bought, or decisions made by registrars, registries, mail providers or receiving servers. Nothing here limits liability that Texas law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud.

Endingeither side

When access or a job can end

We may refuse an inquiry, close a chat, or block access to the site for anyone breaking the use rules above. Either side may end a job by email. If you end it, you pay for work already done, measured against the quote. If we end it, we return any unearned fee and hand over whatever records we have touched, with notes.

Texascourts of Austin

Governing law

These terms run under the law of Texas, United States. A dispute that a phone call does not settle is heard in the courts of Austin.

Changesdated on this page

How a change is announced

When these terms change, the new text goes on this page and the "last amended" date on the rail moves. A job already quoted keeps the terms it was quoted under. If a change affects an open job or a renewal watch you pay for, we email you before it takes effect.
