Clause ledger: the terms that govern cookies and storage on this site
No.ClauseIn plain wordsWhy it applies
C-01 Effective date This notice took effect on October 6, 2026 and was last updated that day. A cookie notice is only true for the tags running on the date it carries. When a tag changes, so does this date.
Categories
C-02 Three categories in use Strictly necessary: your consent choice and the chat token. The site needs these to remember what you said. Analytics: measurement of visits, held by analytics_storage. Advertising: cookies from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta that link a paid click to an inquiry. Strictly necessary storage runs without asking, because the site cannot remember a refusal without storing it. Analytics and advertising run only after Allow.
C-03 Ad platforms and click identifiers Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send paid traffic here. A click from Google Ads adds gclid to the address; Microsoft adds msclkid; Meta adds fbclid. If you came from an ad, that identifier is in your address bar right now. It is only read and stored as a cookie after you allow storage.
C-04 Consent Mode v2 Google's consent mode starts with four signals set to denied: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. Allow sets them to granted. Decline or withdrawal sets all four back to denied at once. The signals are set before any ad tag loads, so nothing writes an ad cookie in the moment between page load and your answer.
Clause ledger, continued: your control over the keys above
No.ClauseIn plain wordsWhy it applies
C-06 Giving and changing consent The banner at the foot of your first page has two buttons of equal weight: Decline and Allow. To change your mind later, press "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page, or the button below this ledger. The banner opens again and the new choice replaces the old one at once. Consent has to be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. One click either way.
C-07 If you decline Everything you came for still works: every page, the inquiry form, the chat and the SPF calculator. What stops is ad measurement. No ad cookie is written, gclid, msclkid and fbclid are left unread, and the four consent signals stay denied. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as Decline without asking. We would rather not know which ad worked than make the form depend on it.
C-08 The platforms' own documents Google: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy. Once a platform receives a cookie value, its own policy governs what it does next. We do not control that and will not pretend to.
C-09 Asking about one cookie Email [email protected] with the cookie name, or call +1 (861) 555-8670. Post reaches us at 138 River Road, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 48482, United States. A name in the table you do not recognise is a fair question. We answer within 5 days.

Stored under site_consent_v2 in this browser: No choice stored yet. Every signal is denied.

What the ledger cannot show

Lifetimes in the table are what each platform sets by default at the time of writing. Platforms change them, sometimes without notice. If a browser shows you a different expiry, the browser is right and we will update the row.

Your browser can also block third-party cookies on its own. Safari and Firefox do much of this by default, which shortens or removes several advertising rows whatever you pick on the banner. Clearing site data for qelzavo.com deletes site_consent_v2 too, so the banner will ask again on your next visit.

Nothing on this site uses fingerprinting, and no cookie is set to help sell anything: there is no cart and no payment here. For how the data from your inquiry is kept, see the privacy notice; to ask for a copy or deletion, use the data request page.
