Two people have readzone files since 2016.
Qelzavo checks, sets up and explains the domain a small business lives at. Every job ends the same way: a one-page domain card in the owner's hands.
Who runs this site
Qelzavo is adomain practice.
This site, qelzavo.com, is run by Qelzavo, a two-person digital service business based at 138 River Road, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 48482, United States. We have worked on domain names and the records behind them since 2016.
There is no shop floor and no server hall. The work happens in registrar accounts, DNS zones, RDAP lookups and mail headers. Clients mostly reach us by email or phone, and most never visit Austin. That is fine. A domain in Ohio resolves the same as one in Texas.
Two people means the person who reads your first email is the person who edits your zone. No account manager, no handoff to a junior. It also means we take on a limited number of jobs a week and will tell you the start date honestly when you ask.
Records and mail
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Reads the DMARC aggregate reports for two weeks after every mail setup.
Names and registrars
Shortlists, status checks, archive history, transfers and renewal watch. Writes the sale pages.

How a job runs
Read first,change second.
A mail setup on one domain usually runs 3 weeks end to end, two of them spent watching DMARC reports. A status check runs 2 working days.
-
You send the name and the symptom
"Invoices go to spam since March" is more useful than a long brief. We reply within one working day with questions or a written quote.
-
We read everything before we touch anything
RDAP record, current zone exported to a file, EPP status codes, every TXT record. We count the SPF lookups. The usual find is 13 against a limit of 10, because three marketing tools each added an include.
-
You approve the change list
A short list: which record, old value, new value, why. Nothing changes until you say yes. Access is a delegated user on your registrar or DNS account, never your password.
-
We make the change with the TTL lowered
TTL down to 300 a full day ahead, switch, verify from three public resolvers, then raise it back. DMARC starts at p=none and tightens only after two clean weeks.
-
We hand over the domain card
One page, yours to keep. Then 30 days in which a re-check of the records is free, set out in the terms.

The domain card
It fits on one side of letter paper. Name, registrar, expiry date, lock status, nameservers, DNSSEC state, MX target, and the SPF lookup count against the limit of 10. Printed and as a PDF.
The point is that in four years, when the person who set up your mail has left and the renewal email goes to a dead inbox, somebody in your business can open one sheet and know where the name lives. Most of the emergencies we get called into would have been ten-minute fixes with this sheet on file.
Refusals
Who we arenot for.
Website builds
We point the name at whoever builds your site. We do not design or code it, and we will not pretend to.
Hosting and resold names
Names are registered in your account, at the registrar's price. We do not host, and we never mark up a registration.
A guaranteed inbox
Correct records remove the most common reason mail lands in spam. Content, sending volume and list hygiene are yours, and nobody can promise Gmail's decision.
Bulk senders without consent
If your list was bought, we decline the mail setup. Records do not fix that and we would be helping it.
Reach a person
One of the two of usanswers.
Write to [email protected] or call +1 (861) 555-8670. Both go straight to the two people who do the work. Email and phone are answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Austin time; a message that arrives outside those hours gets its reply on the next working day.
Post reaches us at 138 River Road, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 48482, United States. Visits are by appointment only, because most days we are both at the screen and not at the door.
The support chat in the corner of every page also goes to one of us. Send the domain name and what is going wrong. Data requests about anything you have sent us go to the same email address and are answered within 5 days; the data request page explains how.
